Design and animate a short informational video to send to donors and put on website, attract new donors, make sure everyone’s aware of the program… especially exciting higher cap ($100M).

Capture the following

• Appeal to altruistic tendencies
• Highlight that it doesn’t cost ANYTHING… it’s just directing tax dollars
• it used to be “over populated” but with cap increase, you’ll get to donate more
